Рецепт Lemon Rosemary Breaded and Baked Catfish Fillets
Light and delicious Catfish, baked! Great supper option.
Ингредиенты
- 4 -4 ounce Catfish Fillets (I but mine from a Seafood Market)
- 1 whole lemons-divided use-juice of half, sliced the other half
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Drizzling of Canola Oil
- handful of fresh rosemary chopped, garnish
Инструкции
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- In a shallow plate add buttermilk and soak Catfish Fillets both sides
- On another plate add seasoned bread crumbs, coat the Catfish Fillets well and place in a non stick baking dish, squeeze 1/2 lemon juice over the Coated fillets, drizzle with oil
- Place into the oven and baked 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Garnish with lemon slices and rosemary
