Lemon Rosemary Breaded and Baked Catfish Fillets

Light and delicious Catfish, baked! Great supper option.

Ингредиенты

  • 4 -4 ounce Catfish Fillets (I but mine from a Seafood Market)
  • 1 whole lemons-divided use-juice of half, sliced the other half
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Drizzling of Canola Oil
  • handful of fresh rosemary chopped, garnish

Инструкции

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. In a shallow plate add buttermilk and soak Catfish Fillets both sides
  3. On another plate add seasoned bread crumbs, coat the Catfish Fillets well and place in a non stick baking dish, squeeze 1/2 lemon juice over the Coated fillets, drizzle with oil
  4. Place into the oven and baked 15 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and rosemary
