Ingredients: 1/3 c. Lemon juice; 2 tsp Dijon mustard; 1/2 c. Lemon basil, minced/fresh; 3 x Scallions, thinly sliced; 2 Tbsp. Dry white wine; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper; 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil

1/3 c. Lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c. Lemon basil, minced/fresh
3 x Scallions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Dry white wine
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
1 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Whisk in oil gradually till mix is thoroughly blended. Marinate fish or possibly chicken for 3 hrs or possibly overnight before grilling.
Wonderful with foods cook over mesquite charcoal.
