- 3 c. minced cabbage
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 med. onion
- Salt and pepper
- 3 T uncooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water

- Brown grnd beef and onion with salt and pepper. Add in tomato soup, rice and water. Simmer 10 min. Pour over cabbage in a 2-quart casserole. Do not stir. Cover; bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
