- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper seeds
- 1 c. (28 ounce) plum tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1 can clams with juice
- 1 teaspoon parsley

- Saute' onions in extra virgin olive oil till soft. Add in rest of ingredients. Cook for 1 hour. If thick, add in water or possibly red wine. (If using 2 cans clams, use whole can tomato paste).
