- 2 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 tsp Salt
- 1/4 x Minced onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Red pepper
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Red pepper sauce
- 1 tsp Dry mustard pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Cold overnight, hot before using. Start basting meat with this at the beginning of the cooking process. Baste and turn till pork registers 170 degrees on a meat thermometer (takes about 20 min for country ribs.)
