- 4 Tbsp. Chicken fat melted
- 1/3 c. Cool water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Matzo meal

- Beat the Large eggs, fat, water and salt together. Stir in the matzo meal, adding just sufficient to make a stiff batter. Refrigerateone hour.
- Form into balls and cook for 30 min in boiling soup or possibly salted water.
- Makes about 18.
