  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. Chicken fat melted
  • 1/3 c. Cool water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Matzo meal

Инструкции

  1. Beat the Large eggs, fat, water and salt together. Stir in the matzo meal, adding just sufficient to make a stiff batter. Refrigerateone hour.
  2. Form into balls and cook for 30 min in boiling soup or possibly salted water.
  3. Makes about 18.
