Ингредиенты
- 8 knackwurst
- 3 large onions
- sausage
- bacon
- soaked mushrooms (but preferably sterilized in brine)
- sharp ketchup
- pepper
- a few cloves of garlic
- small black beer (0.5 liter)
Инструкции
- Slice onion into thin wheels lay out on baking sheet.
- Knackwurst notch in half lengthwise and cut into several top.
- Knackwurst distributed to lay out the onions.
- Gently pour hot ketchup and pepper and let rest on top of onions cut into rings.
- On top lay out pieces of bacon, chopped mushrooms and sausage.
- All pour beer and possibly even slightly salt.
- Bake uncovered about 30 to 45 minutes.
- About 10 minutes before baking knackwurst "pull" at the top of the mixture that, when baked, and to bake.
- Serve with fresh or toasted bread.
