Ingredients: 1 lb Turkey (up to 2); 1 med Onion, minced; 1 can Green chilies; 2 can Chicken broth; 1 can Cream of chicken soup; 1 doz corn tortillas; 2 c. Ингредиенты

1 lb Turkey (up to 2)
1 med Onion, minced
1 can Green chilies
2 can Chicken broth
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 doz corn tortillas
2 c. Grated cheddar cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
1 x Clove garlic
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 x Clove garlic
1 can Ro-Tel

Инструкции

Sauce: Combine in blender. Blend unto mix is smooth.
Into a 2 1/2 qt casserole build a layer of the following: Layer of turkey, 6 tortillas torn in quarters, half of onion, half of cheese, half of sauce, half of minced green chilies. Sprinkle layer with chili pwdr, and pour pour 1 can of chicken broth over layer. Repeat above for the second layer (cheese should be put on top).
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min. Cover and bake for additional 30 min.
