- 4 stk butter, softened
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 pkt semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Cream the butter, Large eggs, molasses, vanilla,, and water in medium-size bowl.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine sugars, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and flour.
- 4. Combine the moist mix with the dry mix. Add in Chocolate chips
- 5. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.
- 6. Bake for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till golden.
- Makes 4 dozen cookies.
