Ингредиенты

  • 4 stk butter, softened
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 pkt semi-sweet chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream the butter, Large eggs, molasses, vanilla,, and water in medium-size bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugars, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and flour.
  4. Combine the moist mix with the dry mix. Add in Chocolate chips
  5. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till golden.
  7. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
