- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 3 x Large eggs
- 4 slc dry bread, soaked in water
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese salt and pepper, to taste garlic pwdr, to taste pork ribs or possibly Italian sausage
- 3 can tomatoes, crushed, (28 ounce. can) garlic pwdr, to taste black pepper, to taste oregano, to taste
- 4 whl bay leaves salt, to taste

- Meatballs:Mix all ingredients (except for ribs or possibly sausage) with hands. Form into balls; fry in extra virgin olive oil. In same pan, fry boneless pork ribs, or possibly good sweet Italian sausage.
- Sauce:In separate pot, simmer all together.
- After frying the meatballs and pork (or possibly Italian sausage), put them into the tomato sauce mix. Don't drain grease from the frying pan. Add in a large can of tomato paste to the grease in the frying pan, plus some water to thin; simmer this, making a tomato gravy. After all browning from pan has cooked into paste, pour into pan of crushed tomatoes and sauce. Simmer at least 3 hrs (the longer, the better). Serve over any pasta.
- Makes 45 meals.
