Ingredients: 5 lb Potatoes, boiled with jackets on; 8 x Hardboiled Large eggs, minced; 3/4 c. Dill pickle, minced; 1 lrg Onion, Minced; 1/2 jar Minced salad olives; 1 ctn (16 ounce) Lowfat sour cream; 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing; 1 Tbsp. Salt; 2 Tbsp. Sugar; 2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard; 1/2 tsp Pepper; 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic; 1/4 c. Vinegar

5 lb Potatoes, boiled with jackets on
8 x Hardboiled Large eggs, minced

Инструкции

In large bowl, dice potatoes with jackets on, add in Large eggs, onion, pickle and olives. Combine the rest of ingredients, pour over potatoes, stir. Refrigeratewell before serving.
