1 c. Vegetable oil
2 c. Sugar
4 x Large eggs
3 c. Flour
1/4 c. Apple or possibly orange juice
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 tsp Baking pwdr
5 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 c. Apples

Инструкции

Mix first seven ingredients well. Chop apples coarsely. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then add in apples and coat them well. Layer batter and apples in a greased tube pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 o F.
