Ингредиенты

13 c. diced multicolored peppers
6 c. diced onions
3 c. cider vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed

Инструкции

In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 min. Pour warm mix into warm, sterilized, canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch space. Adjust lids.
Process for 15 min in a boiling-water bath.
This recipe yields 7 pints.
Yield: 7 pints
