- 1 tsp Onion Pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Jack Daniel's
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 lrg beef bouillon cubes (or possibly 4 small)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. Allow to cold and use as a sauce on any grilled meat or possibly fish -especially salmon!
