• 1 c. Whole wheat flour
• 1/4 c. Quinoa flour
• 1/2 c. Barley flour
• 1/2 c. Corn meal
• 3 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1 x Scant tsp salt
• 6 x Egg whites or possibly 2 tb Just Whites and 6 tb water
• 1/2 c. Apple sauce
• 2 c. Oat lowfat milk or possibly rice or possibly soy
• 1 Tbsp. Honey or possibly Sucannat
• 1 1/2 c. Fresh blueberries (fold in last)
