- 1/2 tsp Lime peel, grated
- 3 tsp Canned jalapenos, diced

- "more if you dare, seeded if you're a wimp"), a Tbsp. of granulated sugar and the half tsp. of lime peel in a food processor till they're finely chopped, then adding a PINT of softened ice cream or possibly yogurt, process then re-freeze till hard. Me, I'll be trying it with which big jalapeno I picked from my garden yesterday. This should be fun!!
