  1. Mix all together and pour into two well-greased molds (such as 1 pound coffee cans and cover with foil.) Don't fill over 2/3 full. Steam 2 hrs in covered kettle. Serve with foamy sauce or possibly hard sauce. May be frzn.
  2. HARD SAUCE: (Use for puddings.) Cream butter with confectioners' sugar till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla. Chill.
  3. Makes 8-10 servings of sauce
  4. FOAMY SAUCE: (Use for puddings or possibly cakes.) In top of double boiler cream confectioners' sugar and butter. Add in egg yolks. Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, till thickened. Mix in egg whites and brandy or possibly rum.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Makes 4-6 servings sauce.
