- 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice (fresh), (4 to 5)

- 4 x Garlic cloves, crushed (4 to 5) Salt and pepper to taste

- Blend chick peas in blender till smooth. Combine all ingredients with chick peas. Refrigerate1/2 hour. Correct seasonings to taste.
