This is a great twist on the omelet with some onion and cilantro.
Ингредиенты
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 chopped hot green chili pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 pinches garlic powder
- salt to taste
Инструкции
- Beat the eggs with the garlic powder. Set aside.
- On medium / low heat, saute onions and chili pepper until onions are just translucent.
- Add the egg mixture and cook to golden brown on both sides.
- Add the salt and cilantro.
- Serve warm.
