Ингредиенты

2 c. Lowfat milk
1/4 c. Butter melted
4 x Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 c. Brown sugar firmly Packed
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. Flaked coconut (optional)

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender; blend at high speed for 15 seconds or possibly till smooth.
Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle coconut on top, if you like. Bake at 350^ for 40 to 45 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold completely before cutting.
YIELD: 110-inch pie.
custardy filling with a cakey top.
