- 1 c. raw macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crab meat (or possibly lobster)
- Dash of pepper
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can shrimp, liquid removed (or possibly frzn shrimp)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs or possibly grated cheddar cheese

- Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 2 1/2 qt casserole. Top with crumbs or possibly grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. You can add in parboiled carrots, diced and frzn peas, too! This freezes well and is very good. Serves 6.
