Ингредиенты
- 8 med potatoes
- 4 lb (2 kg) cooked bratwurst sausage
- 1 x recipe of dressing (below)
- 1 c. (235 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) vinegar
- 1 tsp (7 ml) prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. (120 ml)green relish
- 1 x onion, finely minced
Инструкции
- 1. Dice cooked potatoes
- 2. Slice cooked bratwurst into 1-inch slices
- 3. Keep hot.
- DRESSING:1. Combine potatoes and bratwurst in a casserole.
- 2. Add in dressing and toss.
- 3. Serve warm.
