Name: Hot Bean Venison Dip
Ingredients: 1/2 lb grnd venison; 1/4 c. onion, chopped; 1 x (16 ounce) can of kidney beans, mashed; 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr; 1/2 c. Ketchup; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp cumin; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper; 1 x (4 ounce) can green chilies, diced; 1/2 lb Monterey Jack or possibly Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Ингредиенты

1/2 lb grnd venison
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 x (16 ounce) can of kidney beans, mashed
1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 x (4 ounce) can green chilies, diced
1/2 lb Monterey Jack or possibly Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute/fry onions in butter, then add in meat and brown. Add in remaining ingredients, saving some cheese for the top and simmer for 10 min. Pour into a casserole dish, top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till cheese is melted. Serve with tostodas or possibly corn chips.
