Ingredients: 2/3 c. shortening; 2/3 c. sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 2 tsp vanilla; 1 1/3 c. honey; 5 1/2 c. sifted flour; 2 tsp baking soda; 2 tsp salt

Ингредиенты

2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c. honey
5 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt

Инструкции

Mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add in dry ingredients to the honey mix. Refrigeratefor several hrs.
Roll out (not too thin) and cut in shapes. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 6 - 8 min, or possibly till golden. Watch the edges. [email protected]
