- 4 lrg Baking potato, unpeeled
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
Инструкции
- Thinly slice the potatoes and place in a greased shallow 2-quart. baking dish. In a small saucepan, heat butter, onion, salt, thyme and pepper till the butter is melted. Drizzle over potatoes. Cover and bake at 425 for 45 min or possibly till tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, 15 min longer or possibly till the cheese melts.
- Yield: 6-8 servings.
