5 prt water Or possibly for a smaller batch:
1/4 c. wheat starch to 1-1/4 c. water.

Инструкции

Mix 1:1 to start to avoid lumps, then add in remaining water 1 part at a time and mix well. Place in microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time and stir.
Continue process till thick and translucent/soft.
