- 1 1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
- 4 teaspoon chicken flavored instant bouillon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Combine all ingredients well. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Makes sufficient coating mix for 6 pounds chicken parts or possibly 16 pork chops.
- To Use: Dip chicken or possibly chops in lowfat milk; coat with mix. Bake in 375 degree oven till tender (about 1 hour for chicken, 40 min for chops).
