1 1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs 4 teaspoon chicken flavored instant bouillon 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

3/4 teaspoon oregano leaves 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients well. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Makes sufficient coating mix for 6 pounds chicken parts or possibly 16 pork chops.
2. To Use: Dip chicken or possibly chops in lowfat milk; coat with mix. Bake in 375 degree oven till tender (about 1 hour for chicken, 40 min for chops).
