Ингредиенты

4 lb Lean grnd beef
2 x Large eggs -- slightly beaten
1 c. Dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Onion -- finely minced
1 Tbsp. Salt -- or possibly to taste
1 tsp Pepper
2 c. Lowfat milk

Preheat oven to 375 . Combine all ingredients; blend well. Shape mix int 1 1/2" balls. Place meatballs on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 min, till browned. Remove meatballs from baking sheets and drain well on paper towels. Cold completely. Divide meatballs into four portions. Place each portion in a 1-qt freezer container, leaving 1/2" space at the top. Seal; label with date and contents. Freeze. U
Makes approximately 80 meatballs.
