- 1 c. Unbleacherd flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Marggarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk

- Combine flours, baking pwdr. Cut in butter or possibly margarine till the consistency of cornmeal. Stir in honey. Add in lowfat milk to make stiff dough.
- Roll out on floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into squares. Prick with fork. Brush with lowfat milk
- Bake at 400 F on ungreased baking sheet for 18 min or possibly till golden.
