- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 c. minced broccoli, thawed & liquid removed
Инструкции
- Sprinkle 1/2 c. cheese over bottom of pastry shell. Top with chicken. Beat Large eggs; stir in onion, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and warm pepper sauce. Pour over the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle broccoli on top, followed by the remaining cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 to 45 min. Let stand at room temperature for 15 min before serving.
