- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Margarine softened
- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Coconut flakes
- 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips

- Preparation Time: 0:30Preheat your oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking pwdr together. In a large bowl, stir by hand, softened margarine & sweetened condensed lowfat milk and margarine till smooth & creamy.
- Add in the graham cracker mix; mix well. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by Tbsp. onto a lightly sprayed pan. Bake 9 to 10 min or possibly till golden. Calories per cookie is 87.2 with 4.7 grams of fat.
- best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted! It's got to be the graham cracker crumbs the sweetened condensed lowfat milk which made the difference.
- Originally the recipe called for 12 ounces chocolate chips, but to me which was way to much- also a c. of minced walnuts.
