- 2 sticks lightly salted butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 c. flour
- 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 large eggs

- Cream butter and Crisco till fluffy. Add in sugar, one cup at a time, beating after each cup. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Add in chocolate syrup. Mix flour and baking pwdr together. Then add in the flour mix to other ingredients alternately with lowfat milk. Continue to mix. Pour into greased and lightly floured tube pan. Put in cold oven and bake 1 hour and 10 min at 350 degrees.
