- 1/2 c. Watercress, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Cilantro, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Pistachios Extra virgin olive oil Pistachio nuts Pita wedges

- Place hummus in a bowl & mix in watercress & cilantro. Taste to correct seasonings. Cover & refrigeratein the refrigrator. Before serving, add in minced pistachios, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil & garnish with additional nuts. Serve with pita wedges.
