Ingredients: 1 x 9" pie shell unbaked; 4 lrg baking apples sliced; 1/2 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. flour; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 2 Tbsp. lemon juice optional; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. flour; 1/2 c. butter

Ингредиенты

1 x 9" pie shell unbaked
4 lrg baking apples sliced
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp. lemon juice optional
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Инструкции

Mix apples, sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Put in pie shell.
Topping: Combine sugar and flour, cut in butter. Sprinkle over top of pie; be sure to cover well to the crust. Put pie in paper bag and fold over open end tight and secure with safety pin.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Split paper bag to cold.
