- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1 pch Grnd cloves
- 1 1/2 c. Canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. Fat-free evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Brandy
- 3 lrg Egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Orange zest, (grated rind of an orange)
- 1 x Low-fat, (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Add in pumpkin, evaporated lowfat milk, brandy, egg whites, vanilla and orange zest. Beat till smooth. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake for 10 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 min, or possibly till a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
