- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2 TBSP water
- 2 TBSP ground flax seed meal
- 2 TBSP apples sauce
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar

- Put the milk, water and ground flax seed meal into a large bowl and let sit 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Use cooking spray on a preheated waffle maker. Then add batter.
- ENJOY with a little syrup, sliced strawberries and walnuts.
