Ингредиенты
- 1/2 lb Fresh tomatillos, husked & Minced
- 1/2 lb Serrano chilies, seeded & Minced
- 1 lb Roasted Sandia green chilies Seeded & minced
- 1/3 bn Fresh cilantro, minced
- 3 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 med Onion, diced
- 2 quart Water
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh-squeezed lime juice

- Put all ingredients except salt and lime Juice in a large kettle and bring to a light boil. Cook for 30 min. Strain into large bowl Place solid ingredients in blender. Add in half (about 3 c.) of the strained liquid.
- Blend till smooth (You may, have to do this in batches ) Add in lime juice and salt and blend for 30 seconds. Refrigerateand serve.
- Makes about 2 qts.
