- 1/2 pkg. frzn hash browns
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 12 strips bacon, cooked crisp
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- Salt & pepper & onion flakes or possibly pwdr

- Crumble crisp bacon. Butter 8"x8" or possibly so dish. Mix all ingredients in pan. Cover with Saran Wrap. Microwave 20 min on roast (I use High).
