- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 5 c. water
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1 box Hamburger Helper
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables

- Brown grnd beef. Add in onion, water, tomatoes and sauce mix which comes with Hamburger Helper. Heat to boiling. Turn heat to simmer; cover and simmer 10 min. Add in noodles from Hamburger Helper and frzn mixed vegetables. Cover and slowly cook till vegetables are done, about 15 min.
