- 2 lb Grnd Beef
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar Pepper to Taste
- 32 ounce Tomato Sauce
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 5 x Green Onions, Tops and All, Thinly Sliced
- 12 ounce Medium-Size Egg Noodles
- 2 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese

- Brown the grnd beef and pour off grease. Add in garlic salt, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook till well blended and add in tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 min.
- Soften the cream cheese and mix with the lowfat sour cream and sliced onions.
- Cook noodles as directed on package and drain.
- In a buttered 4-qt casserole layer ingredients in this order: noodles, meat sauce, cheese mix, grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for30 min.
