- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 c. bread flour
- 3 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

- Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Dough cycle and press start. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in sufficient flour to make dough easy to handle. If dough is too elastic, cover and let rest 10 min before shaping.
- Divide dough into 9 equal pcs. Form each piece into a smooth ball. Place on large greased baking sheet. Flatten balls into 4-inch rounds; cover. Let rise in hot, draft-free place till doubled in size, 20 to 30 min. Lightly beat egg white and 1 Tbsp. water. Brush on buns. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 min or possibly till done.
