Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 3 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

  1. Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Dough cycle and press start. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in sufficient flour to make dough easy to handle. If dough is too elastic, cover and let rest 10 min before shaping.
  2. Divide dough into 9 equal pcs. Form each piece into a smooth ball. Place on large greased baking sheet. Flatten balls into 4-inch rounds; cover. Let rise in hot, draft-free place till doubled in size, 20 to 30 min. Lightly beat egg white and 1 Tbsp. water. Brush on buns. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 min or possibly till done.
  3. This recipe yields up to 9 buns.
