- 1/2 c. grnd ham
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 T parsley
- 2 T minced chives or possibly onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Put together all ingredients. Shape into small, round croquettes. Dip in 1 egg, slightly beaten. Roll in 1 cup soft bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat at 350 degrees till golden. Drain.
