- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. warm salsa
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced
- Pepper & salt to taste
- Lemon juice

- Mash avocados with a fork. Add in lowfat sour cream, salsa, and onion. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in several dashes of lemon juice to keep avocados from turning brown. Preparation time: 20 min.
