Ингредиенты
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. yellow onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, fresh, chopped
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 pound Louise Rich ground turkey
- 3 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 2 tbsp. cumin
- 2 (14 ounce.) cans tomatoes with juice
- 2 (14 ounce.) cans kidney beans with juice
Инструкции
- Place oil in a large heavy pan.
- When warm, saute the onions, garlic and green peppers till tender. Add in the ground turkey and stir, when slightly cooked add in mustard, salt, cayenne, chili powder and cumin.
- Mix well and add in the tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 45 min.
- Add in the beans with their liquid and cook uncovered for 15 min.
