Ингредиенты

2 x Sirloin steaks (cut 1" Thick)
1/2 c. Soy sauce
1/4 c. Dry white wine
1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
1/4 x Teapoon onion pwdr

Инструкции

Place steaks in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steaks & marinate 20 min. Remove meat & place on grill 6" from coals; cook to desired doneness, brush with marinade.
